Sales & Catering
One of our experienced and committed sales professionals will be assigned to your event and will work directly with you to gather your preliminary event details in order to provide a customized package to fit your needs. They will be with you every step of the way, from scheduling city & site tours, preparing group hotel accommodation blocks, to explaining policies and procedures of the center and answering any questions you may have along the way.
Once the Wenatchee Convention Center has been confirmed as your event location, you will be introduced to your assigned catering manager who will map out your event details, including room setups, access & breakdown times, food & beverage, audio visual, security etc. Our experienced and creative catering managers will also be on site executing your event from beginning to end making sure your event is flawless.
All Wenatchee Convention Center’s meeting rooms are provided with the initial set-up and tear-down, air-wall and riser setup, registration table, speaker table, tables, chairs, linens, and speaker’s choice of wired or wireless microphone or lavaliere. Your Catering Manager will be in touch with you leading up to your event to discuss and confirm each meeting room’s needs.
Wenatchee Convention Center is converting to all digital audio visual and will be completed by August 2017. The new AV includes Ceiling Mounted E-Version Laser 8500 Lumens Projectors in the Grand Apple Ballroom and Orchard Hall. Advanced Touch Screen Conference Room Control will be installed in both ballrooms. Creston touch screen offers an ideal user-interface for controlling all the technology in your Conference room. This will simplify and enhance the way you use technology for controlling audio and video. Video Tracking Camera will be installed in the Grand Apple Ballroom. This innovative high quality PTZ camera that automatically follows a person based on facial and motion detection. Ideal for lecture capture or conferences, the Auto Tracker makes it possible to automate recording with no personnel and still have the viewing experience of a manned camera. Using Creston Air Media you can walk into any meeting space and wirelessly present Power Point, Excel, and Word Documents, PDFs, photos, and screen shots from your personal iOS or Android mobile device on the room display. Mac and Windows notebooks also connect seamlessly, making presentations and collaboration from almost any device incredibly fast and easy. Outside each meeting room Electronic Conference Room Displays will be installed. Throughout the Wenatchee Convention Center, 60” monitors will be installed which will show all of the days events and floor plans.
Food & Beverage

Our professional catering staff will provide you with extensive and customized menu options to fit your budgetary needs, along with exceptional service whether your event calls for a simple breakfast buffet or a grand, four-course dinner, you will be delighted with the arrangements. We also have an array of vegetarian, vegan and allergen-free meal options available within our menu along with full service bar capabilities if you would like a hosted or cash bar during your reception or banquet.
