Meeting Space
With over 50,000 square feet of flexible space, the Convention Center can easily accommodate up to 2,000 people. The facility offers a 10,000-square-foot ballroom, a 7,500-square-foot exhibit hall and 14 meeting rooms.

The Convention Center recently upgraded all audio/visual systems, further ensuring the success of your event:
- Advanced sound system and public paging system
- High-speed Internet access throughout
- Speaker phones
- Complete telecommunication connections
- Ceiling-mounted LCD projectors
- Hand-held and wireless microphones
- Digital video switch for multi-room presentations
- High-definition LCD announcement boards in all lobby areas to welcome guests and guide them to their destination.
The Grand Apple Ballroom and the Orchard Exhibit Hall also feature:
- 5,000-lumen, ceiling-mounted LCD projectors with 16-foot screens, providing excellent viewing from anywhere in the room.
- Portable volume control and video switching panel (laptop to DVD). Panel may be used from the podium and throughout the meeting room.

Sales & Catering
One of our experienced and committed sales professionals will be assigned to your event and will work directly with you to gather your preliminary event details in order to provide a customized package to fit your needs. They will be with you every step of the way, from scheduling city & site tours, preparing group hotel accommodation blocks, to explaining policies and procedures of the center and answering any questions you may have along the way.
Once the Wenatchee Convention Center has been confirmed as your event location, you will be introduced to your assigned catering manager who will map out your event details, including room setups, access & breakdown times, food & beverage, audio visual, security etc. Our experienced and creative catering managers will also be on site executing your event from beginning to end making sure your event is flawless.
Meeting Rooms
The Wenatchee Convention Center equips all meeting rooms with initial setup and teardown, air-wall and riser configurations, a registration table, a speaker’s table, tables, chairs, linens, and the speaker’s choice of a wired or wireless microphone or lavaliere. Your Catering Manager will contact you prior to your event to discuss and finalize the requirements for each meeting room.
Audio Visual
In 2017, the Wenatchee Convention Center upgraded to a fully digital audio-visual system. This upgrade included the installation of ceiling-mounted E-Version Laser 8500 Lumens Projectors in the Grand Apple Ballroom and Orchard Hall. Both ballrooms also received advanced touch screen conference room controls. The Crestron touch screen provides an ideal user interface for managing all the technology in your conference room, simplifying and enhancing the control of audio and video. Additionally, a video tracking camera was installed in the Grand Apple Ballroom. This high-quality PTZ camera automatically tracks a person using facial and motion detection, perfect for recording lectures or conferences without the need for camera operators. With Crestron Air Media, attendees can wirelessly present PowerPoint, Excel, Word documents, PDFs, photos, and screenshots from personal iOS or Android devices on the room display. Mac and Windows notebooks are also compatible, facilitating fast and easy presentations and collaboration. Electronic conference room displays were placed outside each meeting room, and 60-inch monitors throughout the center now display the day’s events and floor plans.

Our professional catering staff will provide you with extensive and customized menu options to fit your budgetary needs, along with exceptional service whether your event calls for a simple breakfast buffet or a grand, four-course dinner, you will be delighted with the arrangements. We also have an array of vegetarian, vegan and allergen-free meal options available within our menu along with full-service bar capabilities if you would like a hosted or cash bar during your reception or banquet.
