This year’s event\, “Portraits of Justice” is more than a gala\, it is a showcase of the profound and lasting impact of your support for access to justice! \nStep into your best cocktail party attire for an evening of storytelling\, honors\, and silent and live auctions. Take your chances at one or all of the festive gala activities and games. \nOur Justice Gala is our largest fundraiser and an opportunity to gather and network with like-minded friends and community leaders who are passionate about providing equitable civil legal services to the most vulnerable.  \nTicket Options: \nSingle Premier Ticket – $100 \nAn individual ticket is for one guest at open seating and includes a hand-selected plated dinner with your choice of a house salad\, and chicken\, a duo of beef and salmon or vegan risotto cakes\, drink ticket (beer\, wine\, cocktail)\, and Heads or Tails gameplay (win $500 to use in the auctions.) \nPremier Reserved Table of 8 – $800 \nBring your friends and co-workers together and enjoy a reserved table for 8 for the evening. Donate online HERE!*\n*All Gifts of Justice donations made before March 22nd will be printed in the event program. \nEquity & Justice Awards-Call for Nominations \nThe Chelan Douglas Bar Association and Chelan Douglas County Volunteer Attorney Services invite you to nominate deserving candidates for the following awards: Robin Gaukroger Professionalism and Civility Award\, Pro Bono Attorney of the Year\, Legal Services Champion\, and Commitment to Community Award. Nominations will be accepted through March 8\, 2024.  See previous winners and submit your nominations HERE.  \nJustice Gala Purpose & Impact \nThe Justice Gala celebrates the incredible contributions of our legal community and community partners to lift up individuals and families coming from poverty who are struggling with civil legal problems. It is the organization’s largest and most critical fundraiser. All proceeds support Chelan Douglas County Volunteer Attorney Services\, a non-profit established in 2002 by the Chelan Douglas Bar Association to ensure that income is not a barrier to accessing legal help. The program relies on generous pro bono and contracted legal services from local attorneys\, and your financial support\, to provide free civil legal services to low-income people in Chelan and Douglas counties. \nJoin us at the 2024 Gala to celebrate 22 years of bridging the justice gap.
